My name is Ronaldo Fulieri, I am a nutritionist, personal trainer and chef. I have a great passion for teaching people and passing on my knowledge to all interested in learning the key principles nutrition, healthy cooking, fitness and basic principles of wellness and weight loss.
I love food and nutrition and I love understanding what food does to my body, that’s why I studied nutrition. My passion for cooking started when I was only nine years old and since then I have been experimenting in the kitchen. I learned the basics of cooking with my mother in Brazil who was my first teacher. Seventeen years later I don’t remember the last time I spent more than few days without cooking something.
One thing that I have learned about food and nutrients is that they have superpowers and can definitely make a difference in your health if used properly. Today I will leave you my first tip to help you improve your health and certainly one of the most important ones: Do you invest in natural mineral water??
Natural mineral water
We all think that water isn’t that important for us and that all water is the same. Well, not really! Water is definitely the most necessary fluid to life and we should invest in good quality filtered water. I personally recommend natural mineral water for almost all my students due to the fact it contains vital nutrients, such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and many others. Unfortunately tap water doesn’t provide those minerals and hardly contains any nutrients at all. Tap water that is not filtered could have microorganism, bacteria, chemicals, toxins and parasite. If we are really serious about our body we should have at least filtered tap water to avoid those nasty and potentially dangerous substances.
